September 15th is the International cultural tobou day, on this day, members of the tobou community will contribute creatively in activities which will express the cultural richness of the Tobou people.
Tobou (and non-tobou) are encouraged and are welcome to join us in the celebration and commemoration of our community of our national culture day*
